Hey! Just stopping in to get this off my chest. It's not REALLY a huge thing, but it's worth bringing up.
I know you really really really ship kagumou. And that's fine! It's your interpretation, whatever. But the joking about it being "canon" ooc and the narrative/meta inclinations of Mokou being romantically attached to Kaguya in any way, without the development at all in place, is pretty misleading, and can be a turn off to any one potentially apping into the cast that isn't prepared to take up the torch you've already lit for that relationship.
Generally, with touhou ships, or even any kind of assumed relationship beyond what is specifically and explicitly canon (as in stated by ZUN somewhere/anywhere) you should err on the side of caution and either keep it as vague as possible or don't mention it at all. This way, you avoid placing any burdens of characterization on anyone else having to keep up with your interpretation/head canon.
So, tl;dr, it's okay to have a ship, but you should probably ease off on how much it comes up in game until you've got a Kaguya and they've agreed to go in that direction.
Other than that, I love your Mokou, have followed the recent drama with her religiously, and think you're doing a fantastic job! Keep up the good work!
I can't actually remember many times I've mentioned Mokou's feelings for Kaguya as straight up romance, but it's possible I forgot that I did it once. Or twice. Or a thousand and fifty times, even. Usually I try to play her as being confused about her emotions for Kaguya since, yeah, it is better to err on the side of caution like you said.
But I might have said something like she could never imagine being close to anyone but Kaguya or Keine, I think I remember something like that. I doubt that's what you're talking about though because that's not saying she has romantic feelings.
I don't even think I've mentioned it much in game unless I've had her thinking heavily about the people she would consider closest to her which comes up quite a bit in AMAT due to the nature of both Mokou and the island she's stuck on, while in Holly Heights I'm not sure if I brought up anything like that lately but, again, I might be forgetting something.
So yeah, I guess what I was trying to ramble out there is that it was never my intention to say in game that Mokou was attracted to Kaguya fer'sure, but rather to have her thinking about Kaguya and her (not necessarily romantic) feelings towards her. I do take her from around the time she was having her itty bitty freakout, too.
As for the OOC thing.., what can I say? OOC =/= IC and I don't play Mokou with nearly as much attraction for Kaguya as I think she actually has, believe me :V
